Just for mom's......
If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant staying in shape is
necessary! However, during this important time it is critical you
exercise in a way that is safe for you and your little one. Working with
a trainer who is educated in pre natal exercise is the best way to
achieve your health and fitness goals. Not only do women who stay in
shape throughout their pregnancy have an easier delivery, but they
bounce back to their starting weight much quicker!
Pregnant? Just had a baby? Have a toddler or more than one?

EXPECTING?

You have told all your friends and family. You have chose a OBGYN, started to pick out names and nursery themes and might even have a little pot belly......now what? You have 9 months or 40 weeks to do one of two things..
1. You can decide to sit back, not exercise and eat all you want...you will get back to it after the baby comes.... OR
2. You can do he best for both you and your little one!
The purpose of exercise changes at this time of your life. Exercise should be stress relieving, not stress producing. The exercises you choose should get your heart pumping, stretch your body, and help you manage weight gain. It will help prepare you for the "Triathalon" of labor and delivery. Recovery from labor as well.
Pregnancy Class offered 3 days a week M/W/F at 10:00. All Exercises specific to your stage of pregnancy. Call (941) 204-2270 for times! Space is limited to allow for a more personalized setting.
**Dr. release is required.

Stroller Fitness! Birth to age 4.

Have Toddlers need to get out?
We have the perfect suggestion....Stroller Fit classes offer a way to stay fit and bring your kids with you. We walk and jog, and do a variety of body weight exercises to help loos weight and tone up! Since we meet at parks and playgrounds after the work out your kiddos can mingle too. Perfect for every mom wanting to meet new mom's and get out of the house.
Classes are Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 am. Classes are TBA at local locations, please make sure you are on the email list. $5 a class or $40 a month. Other packages include 5/10/15 and 20 punch card options. Easy for new mom's who have "things that come up."
