Monthly subscription includes: Goal setting Q and A as mentioned above (30minutes), 1 routine sent to your email every week and a monthly “check up” appointment either by phone or email to let me know your progress and answer any questions you might have. I will be with you step by step! I also will send you tips and health interests.

Okay...okay...I got the hint about posting results of weigh-in. There is good news and bad news. The scale at my gym is 8 pounds off (weighs you as less)from all the other scales (4 total) that I have tried. So the bad news is that I started 8 pounds heavier than I thought I was, BUT, the good news is that no matter how far in denial I was to start, I AM DOWN TEN POUNDS.

I have lost 7lbs since I started keeping track of my calories. I have cheated a few times but with my schedule and events I attend I am very proud of myself. I still working on the dreaded exercises. I really want to do them and made it to the gym twice. I am still working on motivation. I want it so bad and think about it all the time but family and work take up all of my day. I procrastinate everything. On a good note I have only bought healthy things to stock my fridge and cabinets. Checking my labels before it goes int he cart. I have made leaps and bounds on my eating out. Its not as hard as I thought to eat healthy while out. The small changes have made such a big difference.
